Considering Consternations on UAPS: Part 2/3

Published just two days ago, July 2, 2023 at 4:15pm, Walla! Tech's "Aliens are helping Western governments develop spacecraft, expert claims" on The Jerusalem Post recaps Paul Ascough's claim that a batch of aliens arrived on Earth in the 40s, during WWII, and have since then been cahooting in cahoot with Western governments.

Before anyone gets mad, please remember that I am an unbiased source with no agenda. However, if you'd like me to further your agenda[s] here on the highly frequented website of The Freako Diva, please contact me at my email address -- available under my profile. "According to Ascough, this partnership has given rise to significant breakthroughs, such as fiber optics, microchips, synthetic fiber kevlar, stealth technology, and even the creation of our own flying saucers," writes Walla! Tech. They are referring to another article, published on The Daily Star on June 3, 2023, where Ascough's theories are illuminated. He determines that those with crucial information on this collab between aliens and Western governments are being silenced either through good-willed accord or intimidation by real-life Men in Black. Art imitating life imitating art imitating life...

Paul Ascough made an appearance last year on Simon Bow's podcast, The Alien UFO Podcast, linked here should you be interested, promoting his book, "UFOs--The Real Story".

Of course, the real-life Men in Black theory makes perfect sense if you think about it long enough and maybe pour yourself a drink or five. Obviously, if this theory is based on reality there is bound to be some sort of system to protect the secret one way or another. However, the best and most effective method -- in my humblest of opinions -- is to create an aura of disbelief and ridicule surrounding any conversations that relate to extraterrestrial interactions with inhabitants of Earth. And there is significant difference between UFO sightings, and even alleged alien abductions, and claiming that governments are not only aware of extraterrestrial individuals but also working with them.

This brings me somewhat seamlessly back to my original thesis from
Part I
, the destigmatization of this topic may be the solution -- but it's crucial to consider that this stigma is actually a blessing in disguise, protecting us from more barbaric means of containing classified information that sometimes leaks to civilians.

Stay tuned for the last installment of this trilogy, coming out tomorrow, July 5, 2023, 10:00am PST, in which we'll ponder another submarine story - but not the one you might think.

Thanks for reading, mom.

"Faces of Love" Feb 11, 2024: Music on the Hill Benefit

Vicky Ehrlich and Ava Soifer Something folks may not know about me is that not only do I love live music, I ADORE small performance venues that create intimate settings for enjoying the live music mentioned above. To further the plot, I am enraptured by house concerts and struggle to think of a house concert I have attended and walked away disliking. It seems that house concerts are by default enjoyable and provide an elevated form of intimate live music and entertainment lacking in our digital age.  February 11th I had the utmost pleasure of attending my first house concert since 2018, a benefit concert for Music on the Hill , a community-supported, non-profit chamber music organization presenting "high quality concerts at affordable prices".  "Faces of Love" was a vocal concert predominantly featuring pianist and music director of Music on the Hill Ava Soifer and two members of the internationally renowned vocal a cappella ensemble Chanticleer , bass Andy Berry an...

There’s Hope For New Music After All

I wrote this back in October when the latest Chopin banger dropped, right after the Mozart trio. I forgot about it immediately upon its completion, so am releasing it now for posterity with the understanding that it is outdated fluff. Morgan Library & Museum. New York, NY.
