How To Fix Your Bad Day - Advice

So you had a bad day, as that one tiktok song goes, and you're here, on the electronic communications network, looking for solutions. Lucky for you, I'm here as well, and I'm ready to help.

I have bad days all the time, and so I have a few tricks up my sleeve to help you overcome these uncomfortable days. As a disclaimer, I must tell you that none of these will work as a replacement for actual critical thinking and problem solving. I choose to ignore my problems, until they just magically disappear. If that is the approach you choose to take, then welcome and enjoy.

Before you do anything, first always decide if your bad day is caused by a legitimate problem. If it is, avoid that problem at all costs. This is very important. You must not, under any circumstances, try to resolve this issue in any way. Ignore it. Run from it. Neglect is the best medicine.

Once you have temporarily escaped your problem(s), make sure to overthink it to the smallest details. What helps me create the best false reality is recreating non-existent scenarios in my head and then feeling all the emotions I would feel were these scenarios to happen in real life. I highly recommend you do the same, as I am an expert over-thinker. Advice from me should never be taken with a grain of salt.

Now, it is time to have a little pep talk. Everybody knows that if you manifest positivity into the universe, it will come into your life. Do you feel like Cinderella? Well screw that! It's time to be your own fairy godmother. Take some glitter and sprinkle it all over your room, and then sit down on the floor by your mirror - crying - and tell yourself that you are a Queen or King. Because when push comes to shove, nobody is going to believe in you unless you believe in you. Also, crying is apparently good for your soul. (I keep writing this over and over again in all my posts because I'm having a hard time believing it myself.)

Now, Kings and Queens, stand up and face that one phone call you have to make, because take-out isn't going to order itself, unfortunately.
